WIP: Metal Framed Bunk (Separated)
Added 2021-04-02 21:08:08 +0000 UTCI started working on a separated version of the Metal Framed Bunk Bed, and noticed that some of the Normals on EA’s mesh are facing the wrong way! (In the Blender screenshot, you can see a weird dark shading on the bars with bad Normals. I enabled the “Display Normals” Overlay which is why there are blue lines everywhere). Because of these bad Normals, you can see the mattress support textures through the metal bars.
I’ve had to go back and fix some of my own meshes after noticing bad normals, and they can be easy to miss in some places, but I kind of expected a little more from EA. I’m glad I noticed these, though, so I’ll make sure they’re fixed for my separated version!
