I came across this little collared-sweater-vest section on the florist career outfit I recolored, and I thought it would look so cute as a dress! Where I live the weather gets really hot and gross in the summer, so I needed a reminder of my most favorite season- fall.
Initially I was going to give the dress a knit texture, but it didn't make sense to me to pair that with a fitted dress so I made the switch to a more wool/tweed texture instead. I'm really proud of the knit texture I made though, so I think I'll find an excuse to use it soon.
