An hour a day is miles better than none haha I know some of you are curious about the new treatments and medications last week and I want to film a chitchat blog to update you all but I have been more focused on content catch up right now 🖤but quickly, at the very least no adverse effects so far and my migraines are in half! 2-3 a week now instead of almost every day woooot
As always don't forget that all the integer tiers are cumulative... aka tier 3 also gets everything from tier 2 and tier 1, etc
