it's a bit late as i just joined here, but i hope you are doing fine again and if not that you will be soon enough. life always has it's up and downs, but if it's needed always take breaks, rest well and take the time needed to sort things out in life :)

You have people who love you even outside your vtuber persona. Focus on the people who really care for you. They are your true family in the end. Not by blood but by bonds. Try relaxing with some hobbies you've set aside for a while, and probably stay away from doomsayers on the news/social media. Also, watching some chill anime is great for brightening one's mood, like "Restaurant to Another World" is nice for that. It sucks, but rough times happen. What's important to remember is that things will get better. "This too shall pass", as the saying goes. You will be okay, because you're tougher than you think.
