Rolling through Shiga Prefecture

The Shinkansen is nice but thereโs no replacement for the slow panoramic views like this. Love the countryside! Any recommendations for local train lines worth taking in Japan? The Seishun 18 (ju-hachi) kippu is so worth it if you have time time. Out three times a year!
