Rachel G. was charged with DUI - UNLAW BLD ALCH WITH PROPERTY DAMAGE/INJURY, which is a 1st degree misdemeanor. On 4/3/2023 she pled not guilty, but on 10/12/2023 she changed her plea to no contest and was found guilty. She was sentenced to 12 months probation, 50 hours community service, 10 days vehicle impound, alcohol eval, DUI school, drug eval/treatment if necessary. In addition she was assessed fines and court costs totaling $1090. Interestingly, on 3/11/2024 she opted to buy out a chunk of her community service hours, rather than perform the community service. I could not find any record of restitution.
