On 12/7/21 Josilyn pled guilty to assault of a peace officer x2 and was found guilty on both charges. She was given probation/community service. On 1/24/2022 she pled no contest to DUI, and was again sentenced to probation/community service, plus $410 in court costs. On 3/21/2023 her probation on the DUI was discharged. On 2/25/2025 she pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury/family violence and was found guilty. She was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail, confinement to commence 2/25/2025. She was also fined $295. On the 2nd DUI charge she pled guilty, was convicted, and given 30 days in County Jail plus a suspended DL for 6 months.
