Rebecca K. pleaded not guilty to disorderly intoxication. On 1/22/2024 she was granted a pre-trial diversion program at a cost of $55/month. This required her to complete 25 hours of community service, no alcohol, write a letter of apology to the victim, and various other conditions such as hold down a regular job and not carry or possess a weapon. On 7/23/2024 she successfully completed the intervention program and the case was dismissed. On 4/19/2025 Rebecca was arrested again and charged with domestic battery. The victim says she poured water over him and punched him in the face with a closed fist. Her case is still open with arraignment scheduled for 5/15/2025.
