Isabella S. was determined to be indigent and appointed a public defender. However she later hired a private attorney. On 3/12/2024 her charge was reduced to reckless driving "with alcohol being a significant factor". She pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 12 months probation and 50 hours community service, plus $1710 in fines. She paid the fines in full and on 1/14/2025 she was released from probation. The citation for running the stop sign was dismissed.
