• Fines exceeding $2,000
• Completion of a DUI risk and victim impact program
• Mandatory abstinence from alcohol and non prescribed drugs
Though the legal ordeal ended in May, the public first took note of Ariana’s arrest back in October 2022 when her family celebrated her 21st birthday with a cake topped with her mugshot

Her lawyers made a smart move to challenge the results of the field sobriety test. Field sobriety tests are inaccurate and cannot determine impairment. Also, there is no proof of alcohol use.
