LIFE UNCUT: EP.1 THE WIM HOF SHOWER TECHNIQUE

I've been doing this for 5 weeks now and have felt a HUGE increase in energy levels and focus for quite a few hours after the cold shower. I typically get in the shower and get nice and hot, wash everything and then turn the water cold and start breathing. I turn it to hot again and then finish my shower with another round of cold for 30 seconds to a minute and then get out. You think you are going to be cold but just you wait! You will be warmer when you get out than you would have been getting out of a hot shower. The cold becomes easier and easier each shower you take. At this point it is enjoyable for me! Like Wim How says "You'll become addicted to them!" He's right! It's that dopamine baby! ENJOY!!!! Goodnight loves.
