The v.6 update seems stable so far outside of a few bug fixes the past few days. Hope you're all enjoying it! When I first started working on this game in October 2022 and outlined some functionality ideas and storyline, this was the end point I made it to. I hoped that I would be able to make it here, and so far so good!
I've been working on the story outline for the next chapter, but for now I anticipate that the next couple of game updates will be smaller and targeting more QoL and game features more so than story content or new ballads. I have yet to actually post Ballad of Heroes anywhere outside of asking for some feedback on reddit yet, but once I'm finished with these updates I think I will take the game out of beta and start spreading it around.
Anyways, this month I hope to bring some new features including another type of Trial on Mount Olympus similar to the Colisseum where you will fight progressively harder battles and gain increasingly better rewards. I also plan to add some more Colisseum fights, a new Squire system that should allow you to mix and match more equipment options, and more.
