It becomes pointless when all youโre making is one shots and have no intention of starting an actual series (ddmark and this Viz Originals one shot program. Not a single one shot from the Viz Originals program has become a series, and none of the one shots on Manga Plus Creators other than No/Name have become a serialized series ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ).
