Poll 95 Results, Poll 96 and This Week

A win for Infantry Firepower! That means I can whip out the new test format again, compare the Cold War Brits to the Motor Rifle Infantry and start filling that graph out.

Meanwhile, according to the schedule, we're back around to the War Room. I have a hankering to cover the Sicilian Expedition... nice little bit of grand strategy (and strategic failure) to dig into. We'll see though, maps could be a pain to sort out and honestly, I'm sure I went through all the hoplite art I could find covering Pylos.

Beyond that, I'm still prevaricating about the Winter Turn-by-Turn. I'm weighing up a couple of more complex options, but I'm a little reluctant to commit without knowing how they would pan out. There's nothing worse than a month long day-to-day series that goes sideways. Or gets boring. A third option would be to find a reasonably balanced scenario and just play through that... something with tanks could be fun. And it would have to be a lot of tanks: we're approaching 500 members and I'd like everyone to have a good chance of getting their name in.

Anyway, we're back round to WW2 for this week's poll. Armour Pen won last time, so it's between Arty/CAS and Infantry Firepower.
