Being a Patron via Apple Store costs 43% More! π€

If you're subscribing to any Patreon Creator (myself included) starting a subscription now or sometime in the future through the Patreon app on your iPhone or iPad, you'll be charged roughly 43% more. This is Apple's 'App Tax' and it goes entirely to them, not to me or to Patreon.
What this means:
New subscriptions via the iOS app = 43% higher price.
Existing subscriptions should be unaffected.
Subscribing on a computer or Android device is fine.
I receive the same amount regardless of where you subscribe, so the extra cost is purely Apple's fee. Using my own website is even cheaper (unless you're grandfathered in an old tier)!
To avoid the extra cost:
Subscribe using a web browser on your computer or mobile device (not the app).
