Finishing Unfinished Series!

As many of you have likely noticed (and some of you have lamented) I'm not always able to finish the series I start on the channel. As I've mentioned in the past, I rarely consider these series 'dead', rather they are on the back burner (sometimes far to the back xD)

As per my first post here on Patreon, the reason for this is almost always that viewership of the series has dropped significantly, and with it, the income that the series generates. It is rarely a case that I stop recording a series because I don't enjoy it... in fact I can't think of a single example of that being the case. I tend to pick the games I play rather carefully. Either that or I find it easy to enjoy any game I play. Maybe a little of both xD

But at some point, I can find myself forced to consider whether my enjoyment (and the enjoyment of the audience who are invested in the series) is enough to outweigh the fact I'd likely earn more recording and uploading some other game with the time I spend on it. Sometimes I can keep a poorly performing series afloat based on the strength of another series that's performing well, but that isn't always the case. But something that is always the case, is I need to pay rent and feed my pets (feeding me is optional. I'm very food efficient these days ;))

However, with your support acting as a buffer against poorly performing series, and also insulating me a little from the fluctuations in ad revenue that can happen for one reason or another (the ad-pocalypse, or the simple rise and fall that occurs from one season to the next) I feel that with some of my other series coming to an end, it's time to make good on one of the possibilities I was most excited for when setting up this Patreon page: Returning to finish off some of my unfinished series!

Now, as you are the reason I feel confident enough to invest time in these series, I want to involve all of you in the decision of which series I return to first. So, I'd like to invite you to suggest the series you'd most like to see back on the channel. I'll use your suggestions to create a shortlist of games I'm happy to come back to (I already have a few series in mind myself) and once I think the shortlist is a good size, I'll post a poll for you to vote on!

Eventually, I hope to complete all my unfinished series this way, and indeed, not have to put a series on hiatus in the future for economic reasons. This is the first step towards that goal :)

So please leave me comments suggesting any of my unfinished series you'd like to see added to the shortlist. Be sure they're series I've actually started (and haven't completed!!) though, what new games you'd like to see on the channel is a conversation for another time ;)
