Important discussion [Violet Nebula Patrons only]

Hey!~

I'd like to discuss a few important things with you.

Lately, I've noticed that views of full-length videos have dropped significantly. Meanwhile, shorts of these same videos are getting much more views.

Tell me, objectively, what do you prefer to watch now? How often and for how long do you watch full videos? How long do you watch videos if they're 3-3.5 minutes long? Or do you prefer 20-40 second shorts?

I resisted quick content for a long time because I loved regular videos, but now I see that I need to keep up with the times.

What do you think of trendy challenge videos? Like "APT," "Like Jennie," and so on. All your favorite trends you see on TikToks and shorts (maybe even the ones you enjoy dancing to) will appear like MMD motion almost at the speed of light (1-2 days after I see the trend). There will be more variety in motions (not just K-pop) and they will be released more frequently (1-2 times a week). At lower prices, of course 😅 And, most importantly, high quality, without the use of AI, with real passion included.

For $30 patrons, the entire pack of created challenges for a given month will be sent via private message when you renew your subscription.

So, I'd like to try creating and releasing challenges for a while, instead of full motions. I think this could be a breath of fresh air for us all. I'll also probably take requests and commissions for challenges, and you can leave your suggestions of new trends under a special post.

Tell me what you think about all this? I was thinking about making a poll, but I won't because of the possibility of vote manipulation. I need your detailed opinion in the comments.

Ask if you have any questions or any ideas or suggestions.

P.S.: These changes aren't permanent; we can always return to full motions at any time 💜 And on January 2nd the full motion will be released, as I already promised.

Full motions is always Ideal for your Product for your main customers. Then u can diverse the Shorties as a cheaper product for people to get with the same motions, majority of Trend CCs customers dont want to pay $35 for a full motion, they jsut want the 12 sec ones cheap as $5 or $10 depending what price you want them. theirs 2 type of customers, the Full ones, and the Shorties. therefore you are dbling your customers. the avg person doesn't know how to cut/edit motions themselves, So Its doubling your buyers. btw its a good way to get those private motions out of jail. I just want the HELLOVENUS - WiggleWiggle & EXID - UP&DOWN, but its in private jail, I just want the 25 sec trend of it XD Its true Shorties will get you more buyers, the real question how many can you make per month if it was just Shorts? you would sorta run into the same problem? Arguably the bigger problem is People want that hot new dance motions in present time. Like Blackpink JUMP, wouldve gain you more buyers overall. its impossible to get a motion out within the 60 days of release if it becomes a hit, so you get behind doing the monthly full motion. Shorts can net you better for workflow and keeping up

Perhaps you misunderstood the post or focused solely on the video question. However, my main goal is to create motions. I think people's interest in full motions has dropped significantly—I can see this in the number of views of full-length videos and in the sales of these same full motions. Perhaps if I made full motions less frequently, they would become more valuable.

I enjoy full length videos, but I typically make shorts as previews of the full length ones. That way if someone likes the short, they can then see the full dance. And if they don't want to watch the full dance, they can just see the short.
