Hello friends!

Episode 1 is complete! 🥳

I’m working overtime to get this done in time for the competition deadline, so fingers crossed they like it!🤞🏻

I don’t want to give too much away about the story, but here’s a short synopsis:

Nayoko is a young girl living in Japan, her whole life she’s been bullied for looking different from her peers and now it’s become too much.

This story aims to bring to light the difficulties of growing up “Hafu” (half Japanese) and non-Japanese in Japan, the problems with racism and bullying and it’s effects on mental health.

I hope this story will reach anyone in a similar situation, or anyone suffering from bullying and anxiety/ low self esteem, and will reduce the stigmas around race/ racism and depression.

I’ve been working hard on this so I hope you enjoy it! I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
