Today I planned to share a new comics page that is ready. But I received a warning from the Patreon team that my content violates the rules.
I have now contacted Patreon support and am awaiting a response from them.
As soon as everything clears up, I'll let you know.
In the meantime, I will work on content that does not violate the Patreon rules.

2022-09-11 06:22:41 +0000 UTCThere's this hentai called F3 where everytime a character refers to someone they're having sex with by a familial term there is a sub title explaining that they aren't related in any way that it's mearly a cultural thing like how east Indians will refer to an older femail they know as Aunty even if they're not related.

And that they will be consistent with what they allow other creators to do: I know of one NSFW creator with a lot of subs whose content is based around an incestuous family with a bit of bestiality thrown in, they seem to have no issues there!

I am paying for access, so no rando user will be able to access the content. If they are members then there is an implicit understanding that adult content will be provided.

According to the Patreon guidelines, even links to prohibited content cannot be published. (And they check anyway, so this will not solve the problem) I have already created a Subscriptstar account. 2022-09-08 13:14:00 +0000 UTCEven tho „Mommy“ and „Red Hood Riding Hood“ arent related, I wouldnt have seen a problem if they truly were, since the „act“ happened with both of their consent. I would make you 2 suggestions: 1. If you are about to release content which could be considered „problematic“ again, what about you send them via private messages? I know other artists who handle it this way. You could ask the support team if they would be fine with this workaround. 2. I highly recommend you to consider getting into adult.subscribestar, because having only an agreement with patreon is obviously too dangerous since it‘s too fragile. So create an account on subscribestar, check how it works and make a post here where you encourage your followers here to move over to your subscribestar, so you already start building up your backup there, just in case „something“ happens here, cuz then it would be too late. But no need to worry. Try following my 1st Suggestion and ask them if sensitive content is ok if sent through private messages. If they agree, then you are fine anyway and nothing else I said above would be needed.

2022-09-08 12:59:11 +0000 UTCah i get it. they must’ve assumed you violated the “no incest” policy. but it seems they failed to notice that on page 9 of Red Hot Riding Hood, it’s established Red and Mama aren’t exactly related. they’re just using codenames and their real names are completely different. so its ok Rino. we know you did nothing wrong. but if Patreon still continues to be dumb, then i guess its time to pack up and move out

2022-09-08 11:11:41 +0000 UTCThis is why some people are moving to SubscribeStar.Adult, although the functionality is not as good as Patreon they do not gatekeep the content to the extent. They do have rules about content that is illegal but allow people to make the choice whether to view to content or not which it how it should be.

NSFW Artists built the platform and are now being treated as if they dont matter. I hope everything clears up quickly for you.
