Since you were doing a NSFW concept, I would follow suit. I donβt know if you remember, I like to play with words. So this was a simile, giblets usually include fowl necks and hearts along with other organs. And now the joke, I hope your day of foul play with your partner was full of heart, nibbling on some neck along with some brown pie (anal) and incase that time of the month stirring an organ in some red sauce.
