OH MY GOD ! She is so pretty but she isn't fanart-friendly xD Her outfit has so many details, it's just CRAZY. I doubt she's going to get tons of artworks
She is called Mainz, she has been revealed today and is part of the new PR3 from Azur Lane. I couldn't get my hand on a trully HD image so I had to improvise for many details, and the angle chosen for the official art hides a lot of her design too.
I hope that I guessed right for the parts I couldn't really see because I don't want my artwork to be irrelevant once we have an HD version.
She will have a few NSFW variants for tier5+, I don't know how many yet

Yeah, she's my favourite too ! Her design has a lot of really tiny details, so if you want to really be faithful to her design it takes a lot of time to do. Especially when you don't have HD image ^^ Odin's design looks difficult but I feel like it's not so much
