Here’s a brief description of Scarlett in his own words:

“This lady is Scarlett Zamora but goes by the alias “Tundra”. Although she wears a mask outside of home this is her without it. She is a strong willed passionate character who comes from a very tormented background. She comes from a world where a very small percentage of humans have abilities called charms. In this world there a several different charms types but she poses the rarest type, the element type that gives her completely control over ice and water. From street fighter to 4th in command in her organization, she has proven her strength in her feats and is loyal to her cause.”
