2024-09-07 17:57:54 +0000 UTCI agree this episode has strong Fightclub vibes, and also your feelings about Gwen (and Owen for that matter). I really hope they are building to something this season with the characters, because this isn't going the right way imo. Same as Dr. Who also in the Torchwood world there are aliens but the humans as the bad guys in most episodes I noticed.
