this was a beautiful episode that also had a big emotional impact with their dad, and also the teacher's story :( i'm learning very fast that fmab does NOT pull punches on the sadness factor

2025-04-25 20:39:03 +0000 UTCman, im finding myself crying a lot more rewatching this these days, last time i watched was at least 5 - 6 years ago, having worked with kids now and having a niece and nephew, some of these moments are hitting a lot harder than they used to haha, especially anything where it really shows how Ed and Al had to grow up far too fast, sometimes its easy to forget they are only 14 and 15 years old, but moments like teacher telling them its ok to hurt really hit now. once again, fantastic reaction, thank you for giving me a reason to rewatch this series again, im enjoying it even more this go around
