Nami is instantly beguiled by the glowing piece of jewelry... thinking it must be very valuable, and thus worth lots of money, she attempts to grab it... but for one thing, she forgot about its hypnotic value...
The Pendulum triggers its anti-theft suggestion, sending Nami into a state of Slow Freeze, making her extremely easy to hypnotize, and even easier to implant further suggestions inside her now susceptible mind...
