Download and unpack the rar file, inside it there are two things. The CommonEvents.json and map028.json. With the game closed go into the game folder www>data and copy the two files into the data folder overwriting what's there. Then when you open up the game go into the bedroom in your house and click on the left-hand side bedside table to bring up the cheat menu
