New tier available

I've made a couple of adjustments to the higher tiers. First of all there is a new tier for designing a custom outfit for one of the girls in the game. This will be a full length custom character stand and a unique sprite art to go along with it. I have decreased the cost of the custom NPC tier and limited it to one slot. I have increased the cost of the custom s*x scene tier (Congrats to those who got in before the change ;) ). This tier was proving more popular than I had anticipated and I was starting to get caught up responding to inquires about it, I'm hoping the cost will limit it to a more manageable number.
