went on a side quest to test out a some technical ideas i had for video generation
none of the new approaches worked exactly as i'd hoped but they worked well enough that i think it's just a matter of making just a handful of configuration changes or having a minor eureka moment
will get back to our regularly scheduled programming now!

doh! you're right, made a mistake with a codec when i was making it. the corrected uploaded version is in the .zip now! thanks for letting me know i never would have otherwise
