The abundant 80's lo-fi charm of the film should be a high all its own. Certainly is for me.

It's one of those rare movies that delivers on exactly what you expect (something to be said for thinking a particular gag and they go with it instead of being snobby/overly smart about it all) and nails it. To me it's the perfect "cult" horror movie because horror fans love it and casuals discover it and have fun/know what they're getting.
