[Poll] Color \ Brightness poll
Added 2019-07-24 17:50:43 +0000 UTCI switched to work with a 10-bit color depth and again it maybe have a problem with brightness. Therefore, I ask you to download and compare 2 versions of animation, also write if you have problems with playing new H.265 codec.

2019-08-05 10:52:43 +0000 UTCThe new one look brighter indeed (using mpv to compare). I advise against using h.265 codec, better wait a bit and use AV1 instead when it's ready for mass consumption.

I'm on an HDR display too, so I _would_ see diffs if there were more color data in one than the other. can you try using an HDR-level color format? these are in BT.601

2019-07-24 19:41:00 +0000 UTCBoth vids work with vlc player on android phone. Old has the better mood, better colors and darker shadows. New is brighter, highlighting things better. It's a hard choice. Can you maybe show an example during daytime? The new version may look washed out in brighter scenes.
