Mini-Adventure: Lucky Copper Inn

The day of adventuring has been long and arduous, but the party have proven victorious and enjoy a night of reverie in the Lucky Copper Inn. Following a good night's rest they set out again, this time upon a new quest, making it within 10 miles of the next town and bedding down in the wilderness to prepare for another trek tomorrow—only to awaken at the Lucky Copper Inn. No matter where they go every morning their surroundings are the same no matter where they sleep! This supplemental adventure for 4–5 PCs of 5th–9th level was dreamily designed by Andrew Engelbrite, illustrated by Indi Martin, and features the cartography of Dyson Logos.

Hmmm…. This totally would work in Eberron, with Kalashtar trying to rescue fellow spirits from the Quori. I need to keep this one bookmarked.

Dalkyn is a step ahead of the party! No matter what inn they *think* they are staying at, as they sleep the illusion of a different inn falls away. When introducing this into an adventure with fixed locations in a bigger published work like Lost Mines of Phandelver, I'd set the Lucky Copper Inn west of the Town Green, and have its presence be something that doesn't disturb the locals while also being a place none of them are very familiar with. Some of the regular townsfolk might even visit it erroneously the night before, or a genuine worker from the Stone Hill Inn could have been there investigating the anomaly and get sucked into the act to throw the PCs off of the somni culprits behind it all.

Not sure I totally get it. Let's say the PC stay at the Stone Hill Inn in Phandalin. Does the Stonehill Inn change?
