Adventure: Old Drowned Woes

A beast sits beneath Lach Bearnmere content to rest in the dark of its flooded chasm for aeons. But something has caused this ancient thing to stir, and stories of a great horror shifting deep within the waters have spread throughout southwestern Elissar. The bounties for its horned head rise with every panicked tale that reaches the pointed ears of Par Celundi. Includes the saproot druid (CR 7) and viper eel (CR 4). Deeply designed by Andrew Engelbrite for 4–5 PCs of 8th–9th level, illustrated by Rafael Benjamin, and featuring the cartography of Russ Morrissey and Umut Comak.

We missed all the page @@s in the first PDF! Thank you for pointing it out, fixed file uploaded. Also hell yes for alternative routes of success! It's not always in the cards, but things sure are nicer when it is. ☺

An excellent adventure with lots of interesting individual and group enemies to combat! I like the emeralds as a way to rebuild the party's coffers and the Dwarven magic items that glow - each a clear trade-off between value and disadvantage. I also like that there are ways to aid others to advance the plot instead of merely hunting for clues or beating answers and items out of thosethe party interacts with. My table has a history of stopping to talk with potential enemies (often at our cost) but it's nice that this can pay off for us! Page 12 "the same statistics as the Mothwing (page @@)." The @@ reference should be page 9.
