Please use xxmi, and you will need the Healthbar - Toggle Mods with Health Thresholds mod from GameBanana.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to upload the files myself, so please download them from GameBanana.
Place Healthbar.ini in the mods folder.
NOT a Billy mod folder!
This time, I decided to make this because I saw the Healthbar mod on GameBanana and wanted to try using it. Billy's appearance changes when his health is at 70% and 40%.
When I was almost done, I realized that it would have been better if I made the outfit tear apart as the health decreases… Well, I'll try that next time!
I just hope it doesn't break in version 1.6. Haha.

2025-05-29 09:07:14 +0000 UTCThe Health Bar mod should be updated and working… is it not? Please check if you have the latest version of the Health Bar mod and if it's correctly placed in the mods folder. If it's still not working, try using the fix tool once.
