I know I haven't been very present in the comments lately....I promise you I read everything and wait every month to check in and see how things are shifting for you in a different time. My anxiety becomes so crippling I can't reach out, or respond well to anyone. I end up in bed isolating, wishing I could get out of it for just a moment. I know that way sound silly....anyway, I just want you to know I genuinely care with all of my person.

This video will be the lovely invisible scratching we all know and love, but there will actually be scratching sounds behind the movement. Along with tingly camera/face tapping with light, relaxing taps behind them. this has been highly requested, so I gave it a try. You can be 100% honest about how you liked/didnt like this video. Im still trying to mess will the extra video I wanted to post early this month-for some reason It isn't allowing me to do a voice over, so I'm trying to figure that out. Thank you as always for the love, kindness, and complete understanding for this challenging time. Had another procedure this month, and to be honest I've been struggling so so intensely mentally and physically. So as always im doing my best to hang on. Thank you for always being with me.
