My lack of editing/awareness for loud sounds, my support dog making noise in her sleep, a fly, setting things down, etc. is unacceptable.
I was in the wrong. my best was 100% not enough.
I refilled 2 videos today. they are beyond beyond quiet.
those of you that want me in my office with a black back drop-its not do-able right now. its not safe. I've collapsed 4x this month and am trying to not move around so much.
I'm so sorry for all of it. ill be so much better.

I usually watch the “noisy” videos while I’m at work not trying to sleep so I don’t mind it, but a voice over is always great for me.
