I have a theory that the person whose call Seonwoo wanted but didn't get and who he wanted to date most in the beginning might have been Junseong. He called Junseong on the first night and they'd had some teasing/playful banter, but since his date with Seongho from the day before got interrupted he decided to use the arrow card to complete it.

Maybe if they see that there's people who are gonna watch it and are interested, they'd start producing it. Of course be respectful and just kindly suggest this idea.
