Coque, Javi, for me it's crystal clear that Name threatened Saifah to hurt Sailom if he doesn't take the blame as it's the only logical explanation for his behaviour. I'd be shocked it that was not the case though the writers totally ruined the entire series for me by making Khang act like a big baby: one second he full-heartedly supports and is in love with his boyfriend and in the next second turns fully against him when he needed him most being in emotional and financial despair.
