I agree, They needed a better way to end Boston. He is a great actor, the first thing I watched him in was Fish upon a Sky, lol he plays an ahole their too but learns from it lol.

2023-11-16 12:40:02 +0000 UTCI enjoyed this series. Not my favorite but it was a delight. Neo killed it. His portrayal of Boston was phenomenal. Although he needs to work more on his acting when it comes to more emotional scenes, I think he deserves to headline a major series. First time watching him in a series and he delivered. However, I must say that the series did not handle Boston's character that well. While I am okay with how the story ended for him because it was the only ending that made sense, I hope they fleshed out his character more given the fact that he was the architect of some of the major conflicts in the story. He was so flawed that it was impossible for him not to have a dark past. They were able to do it with Ray, why not with Boston? I think his story would have been more compelling. But all in all, this was good. It broke the monotony in Thai BL.

That last scene tho, after I screamed like an idiot, I immediately thought about you and what your reaction would have been and you didn't disappoint! 🤣

2023-10-29 12:18:28 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed the series from start to finish, no it wasn't perfect and some things could have been better but it also really surprised me, made me feel things and it was such a ride!!! I screamed a lot watching the episodes, that ending in ep 6 when Mew pulled the audio on Top ICONIC!!! Drake's cameo made me scream a lot too! and Mix as well, like OMG I didn't expect it !! I sort of thought Mix would play Boeing but I'm glad he was still in the series even if just for seconds. Speaking of Boeing, I think Mond did great. Ever since watching Mond in Midnight Motel, I want to see him in more roles with dubious intentions, he really can pull it off. The ending feels satisfying to me but I wouldn't say no to more, like a special ep with Mix in it? But, in all seriousness, I love the way Mix said the same line as Top about asking to be friends. We know the drama that followed, and the glances between Mix and Mew, and then Top looking interested, even Ray... Oh, he's going to give them more drama... I loved that Nick chose himself. I like your opinion about Boston being a sex addict. That could actually make a lot of sense. I personnally think he's not cut out for monogamy and maybe if he finds a partner who's okay with an open relationship (sadly not Nick) then maybe he can have an actual relationship. I loved Sand and Ray, despite some really rocky moments, I feel they have the best ending. I love the scene when they listen to the music, that whole montage had me smiling so wide the whole time!!! I also like that Ray seems to really be serious about not drinking anymore. He's grown and I hope he keeps on that track! Top and Mew, I have to admit I found them really boring at the start so I was glad for the drama. Mew became a fave after ep 6 and I liked the dynamic of them after. I'm not really a Top supporter, I still think he pushed a little too much (especially with the moms) but in the end, Mew decided to give him another chance. I think maybe they'll last a few months though... The way we had the focus on both of them when Mix entered... I interpreted it as either Mew or Top (or both) being interested in this new guy. April and Cheum, I just wish we saw more of them, they were so cute! Nonnie as April did great in (what I believe) her first acting role in a GMM series. Their chemistry was so great too. You should watch the cut of them for the intro that was posted on Twitter, they look so hot together! but also really sweet. Yo and her boyfriend (can't remember his name) love that they got their happy ending!!! I love that P'Jenny has a boyfriend on screen !!! Girl deserves that !!! Also, I really loved her acting in the series, I hope she gets more roles in the future! I stand by you with asking for Drake in a BL leading role again!!! We need it!!! I really enjoyed your reactions ! Thank you and can't wait to see which series you'll react to next. Do you plan on watching Wednesday Club ? I loved these past 3 months, enjoyed every episode and love what the writers did for every character ❤️ Mix cameo at the end killed me 😆 Word of advice y’all - it’s ok to have expectations in terms of quality for a show, but when you have a stone solid opinion of how a story or character should be before you watch it, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment and robbing yourself of enjoying the moment, the growth and the art. This goes for all aspects of life, including relationships. It has to be said. I couldn’t stop laughing Javi predicting Boeing kissing Ray, Boeing going after Ton next, Mew’s SandTop kiss dare 😂 while I’m sitting here in a perpetual state of shock at the unfolding events lmaoooo GMMTV has really raised the standard this year and I don’t know how they’re going to follow that. But they’re fantastic at undertaking completely new concepts and making me think “this is the best one they’ve done” every time. So glad to have found this little community ❤️ 😁 🤗

Nick with some self love and self esteem! He finally walks away! It took 12 episodes, but he finally walked away! This was an acceptable wrap up with a Mix cameo at the end. Yeah Javi. I love Top too! I enjoyed all the characters, except for Boston's. I had to try extremely hard not to skip his scenes.

2023-10-28 23:58:47 +0000 UTCI love Sandray like the rest of you but I refuse to ship them because if Mew never forced Ray to let him go, Sand would still be the 2nd choice that Rays willing to throw away for Mew. And Sand never found out that it was Mew who told Ray he chose Sand when in reality Ray never actively gave up Mew for Sand. To me, after Boston Rays the worst character and still a pretty bad person . But it is what it is T.T

2023-10-28 23:39:16 +0000 UTCOverall, I'm satisfied with how things ended even if I feel like there are some loose ends here and there. I was fine with Boston/Nick being together, but I prefer this ending. It's much more realistic, Boston while his feelings are genuine clearly isn't going to change overnight. Nick really needed to learn to let go and love himself more as he said. Maybe in the future, they could reconnect (be it platonic or not), but right now they are not good for each other. Many may not share the same opinion as me, but I enjoyed watching TopMew's relationship unfold. Since their conversation at Mew's Moms' house, they are both being more honest and vulnerable with one another. Top's character could have been explored a little more, but at least we had character development. It wasn't a complete 180 in my opinion, it was the more subtle things. Like him not being insecure and letting go of his obsession with being Mew's "first". The communication being the two tells me they're heading in a healthier direction. What can I say about RaySand? I think the scene of them dancing at night with music that only the two of them can hear shows how happy they are in this relationship despite their rocky start. I just think that if Ray continues counseling outside of rehab, they will be more than okay. I don't want Ray to use his relationship with Sand as a replacement for therapy. I'm not sure if I want to see a season 2, because I'm afraid of it ending up like Friendzone 2. Like the season wasn't bad, it just became a little too predictable and cliché.

I just think it’d be pretty similar unless they find a way to really differentiate new characters or have interesting storylines.

I’m telling you BookMix is gonna be trouble 👀👀 at first I thought Mix was looking at Top but after some more look into it I think he was looking at Mew and that’s why Top looked at Mew and then Mix and tbh I want to see BookMix 👀 like Mix have chemistry with everyone I fear so this would be interesting!!! Kinda also glad that BostonNick didn’t end up together because it seems more realistic since they both expect different things in relationships that can’t be solve with any compromise Also if there gonna be s2 I hope it will show more of CheumApril cuz they’re cute even I wasn’t a big fan of Cheum Another thing I want to mention about Boston is that there are three types of people as a watcher OF… 1. Those who don’t and don’t want to understand Boston and just hate him 2. Those who try to understand his personality and desires and 3. Those who actually understand him or see themselves in him (which is not a bad thing because we all are different people with different personalities and at the end everyone should be understanded in some way) for me I tried to understand him and I get him… I can’t see myself being with person like him or see myself in him but I can try to understand him and that what more people should do… Neo really did phenomenal job playing Boston since as much as I gets him I hated him at some point that when I looked at Neo I sometimes forget that Neo exists and just saw him as a Ton and gets triggered 😭🤣and when you really hate character you know the actor is doing his job right At the end it was really good series with REALLY good acting like every actor did a fantastic job with their characters (but I guess I was a little biased with SandRay and I think I wouldn’t love them as much I do if it wasn’t FirstKhao playing them haha😭)
