The countdown worked on a previous video. I don't want it to explode and dissipate , I want waves over a period of time and to build the energy so that it circulates within and feeds my mind and energy system. "coming" without coming and having it throughout the whole body is the best and it is the way to feed the mind and enhance one's life through feeding one's energy system changing one's life. Excitement for life with this yin yang game we play in all things. It is what it is, the honest man does not hide for those that have eye's to see.
