I used a background from a promo photo to replace the original background.

I also took a bunch of "png" photos of moths (or photos with transparent backgrounds) and added those around the left section of the photo.

This photo was meant to mimic the scene where Alice first becomes a niffin.

I used the brush tool to add in a white and blue colored patch then messed with the transparency and layer type.

I also found png/transparent-background photos of veins and used the hue and saturation tool to make them blue. I also messed with the opacity.

I took a smoke brush to create the smoke effect and messed with the opacity again.

Besides that I changed my eye color and touched up/smoothed my skin like normal.

I also pushed down the wig because I didn't realize how weirdly it sat on my head during the photos.
