I saw the white rice stored in the refrigerator in the morning, and I had the idea to make a fried rice for lunch.
Ingredients: onion, carrot, cucumber, garlic, one egg, white rice, sausage.
Sausages are boiled in water, healthy and delicious.
Fry the sausage first, then take a slice and put it in the fried rice.
But I accidentally took the wrong soy sauce in the end, I took it as oyster sauce, but tastes still delicious
This dish is completely free of salt and MSG! Yeah!

早上看到了冰箱內存放的白飯,靈機一動想要來做一道炒飯當午餐。
材料:洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、小黃瓜、大蒜、蛋一顆、白飯、香腸
香腸用水煮,健康又好吃。
先煎香腸,再拿一條切片,投入炒飯中。
只是最後不小心拿錯醬油,我拿成蠔油,但還是很美味
這道完全沒加鹽與味精喔!
