We utilize Patreon's discord bot to sync your tier with our server. Please ensure that you link the same discord account here as you use in our server and you should be granted the tier role automatically. If you face any difficulty in this matter, please create a ticket in our discord help channel.
All community help will be best handled on the discord server as well. You should have access to the support channel with the tier role, but feel free to make a general support ticket if deemed necessary.
Whitelist access will require you to have an account with us on our website and your steam64id (get it from a website like steamid.io) properly set in the website account. Please note that whitelisting can take a little bit to populate to all of our servers as it depends on a change of map (end of the round); give us an hour or two before reaching out with support on gaining whitelist.
