The Plan of new Visual Novel.

I've been researching how to make a Visual Novel game. Last time, the feedback from the prototype I made with Unreal reported that it had caused many issues, such as it couldn't be opened on iOS or Android and even had some strange bugs that made it difficult to run on PC. So, after some contemplation, I think RenPy will be a wiser structure for the next project I have in mind.

Since starting work in a gaming company and as a dog-tired technical artist, I've learned and reinvented many new techniques along the road of pain and suffering. I'm dying to apply those techniques to create a new character with a brand-new art style. As for why I created this character, here's the project idea I would like to introduce.

The story follows an 18-year-old boy living with his 'Landlord' and her daughter. The protagonist, a classic wolf-based anthropomorphic man, shares the same species as his landlord. What sets this game apart is the player's freedom to choose the character's name and shape their relationship dynamics. While the default relationship is recommended for a more immersive experience, the player can modify it using specific keywords(You ask me what kind of keywords? I don't know!! Me can't do English!!).

Moving forward, I'll need to complete the 3D models(the Landlord, her daughter, and the protagonist) and master RenPy. While I've previously developed a not-so-usable VN system in Unreal, transitioning to RenPy will be a learning process. This means there will be a significant workload in the coming months, which may impact the project's timeline. Your understanding and support during this learning phase are greatly appreciated.

Please allow me a month to focus on the project, so I must apologize that I won't be able to release a periodic episode in September. Soon, I'll report on the plan's feasibility and future progress at nearly the same time as in August.

Also, since this is the hatching stage, if you think you won't like this idea, please comment and share your thoughts. Your input can help shape the story in ways that you'd prefer. It doesn't need to be f..., urgh..., roommate-orientated. Your ideas are welcome. Also, if you don't like the art style, it is cool to let me know.
