Animation Devlog

It's a shame the progress of the SCP1471 VN has to be deferred because I'm having trouble rendering animation with a crazy amount of polygon and highly complex rigging characters in a Blender. So, I'm currently shifting the animation procedure to Unreal Engine.

The facial rigging is completed; the testing video, which is attached to this post, is available. However, the body rigging is not yet finished; if optimal, it will take some more days or a week or two before completion, and then the next episode of SCP1471 can resume.

Thank you for your patience; I think it'd be best if I could post some of these technical things from time to time so you can know how far the development has gone.

很遺憾 SCP1471 VN 的進度不得不推遲,因為我在Blender中渲染包含大量多邊形和高度複雜的角色的動畫時遇到了麻煩。因此,我目前正在將動畫程式轉移到虛幻引擎。

Yes, I face many unique difficulties that would not occur in Animation Software. It's hard to develop things in Unreal, but the final result can be worth the time. With more time devoted, it might even be used as a gaming character as well.
