Some Wind spell changes for Lace

Heya!

Another quick update.

The wind spell Gust Point has been a headache with bosses and high HP enemies. So I decided to change it a little bit to feel useful and cohesive against all targets.

With this change I also removed the resistance high HP bosses had to wind damage. (Many, especially dungeon bosses, only took 25% damage from wind spells and attacks).

Hopefully Wind spells will feel more rewarding and strategic with this change.

Gust Point

It now deals 1.5 * MAG wind damage and adds a ATK and MAG debuff on the target for 3 turns. So, -25% debuff on ATK and MAG for 3 turns.

These debuffs can stack twice with other debuffs to ATK and MAG. You know, the green/red to rainbow/black texts next to the target name.

(Old spell did 50% of target's current HP as wind damage).

Wind Sphere

I buffed the regeneration 15% → 30% of MAX HP over 3 turns. So 5% → to 10% HP heal per turn.
