Missed Rewards

I have just noticed that the google forms addon that automatically emails me new form results has stopped working. Unfortunately, I simply thought nobody was claiming rewards, and just let the forms lay there.
To anyone who has filled the form and hasn't had their rewards taken care of yet, I do apologise for the delay, I'll make sure to get every missed form tomorrow with all your rewards.
