３月近況報告 / A Brief Update - March

(English text after the JPN text) ３月は本職の業務が爆発しており、ほとんど絵が描けずに終わってしまいました…すみません。 Twitterでフォローして頂いている方はご存じかもですが、今月は今まで描いたことのないアングル（背中）や新キャラの設定・作画など、どちらかというと４月に向けての仕込み・練習的な活動をしていました。 今回掲載している作品は、制作途中の「みそぎちゃん」です。凜ちゃんのライバル的存在として、色々と対比的な特徴をもったキャラクターとして組み立てています。が、どっぱぁが大好きな長身女性（身長２５６ｃｍ！）である点は同じです（笑）。みそぎちゃんは法務省執行課の標準装備のハイヒール（１５ｃｍ）で身長を増してるので、屋外で出会うと実は凜ちゃんより背が高いです。怖いですね…。今回は作画・着彩にもいろいろと新しい手法を取り入れいて、今まで作品より色々と改善している部分を感じて頂けると嬉しいです。 ４月の第一週目には本業の繁忙期が終わる（と信じたい！）ので、来月は新作＆翻訳など３月に溜まったお絵描き欲求をぶつける感じで活動したいと思います！ これは別件でご報告なのですが、とうとうウチにもPixiv Fanbox様の「監査」が入りまして、いくつかの作品が公開停止となりました…（すでにお気づきの方もいらっしゃるかもしれません）。「みちかちゃん」「ゆめかちゃん」そして「同意なしのSEX」を描いた凜ちゃん関連の作品は全部アウトとなりました。 本業の合間に色々と作品修正の試行錯誤もしたのですが、ガイドラインがあやふやで「一部のイラスト的表現・テキストがダメ」というより「作品全体のテーマ自体がNG」という感触なので、残念ながらこれらはこのまま公開停止とさせて頂きます。 「みちかちゃん」や「凜ちゃん」は看板作品でしたし、「ゆめかちゃん」はどっぱぁ自身を含め、完成を楽しみにしてくださっていた方が多かったので、かなりショックを受けました。とはいえ、Twitterでは良くない方向でバズりそうだったので、途中で意識的にこの話題や自分の考え＆気持ちについて触れるのを止めましたが…。（正直、この件で３月は全体的に創作のモチベが下がっていたのは否めません。申し訳ありません…）。 とはいえ、落ち込んでいても仕方ないですし、プラットフォームを使わせてもらっている立場上、レギュレーションに従うのは当然ですので、４月に本職が落ち着いたら心機一転、ギア高めて頑張っていこうと思います！ それでは皆様、良い月末＆月初をお過ごしください。どっぱぁはもう少しだけ本業頑張ります…！ March was a busy month for me due to the workload explosion of my day job, and I have been unable to draw much...please accept my apologies about that. As those of you who follow me on Twitter may know, this month was more like preparation and practice for April: I practiced drawing angles (Rin's backs) that I had never tried before and was working on a new OC. The WIP pic shown here is "Misogi-chan" who is one of the major rivals to Rin-chan. I am creating this character with various contrasting characteristics compared to Rin-chan (please try to compare and contrast!). Yet, the fact that she is a very tall woman (256 cm tall!) is exactly the same as Rin's major characteristic (which the point dopperX8 always loves, haha). Misogi-chan is actually taller than Rin-chan when they meet outside because she always wears high heels (15cm), which are standard equipment of the execution division 1 of the Japanese Ministry of Justice, to increase her height (to intimidate her prey). For this work, I employed various new drawing and coloring techniques, so I hope you can see some improvements in this WIP work over my previous works. I'd like to believe that the busy time of my day job will be over by the first week of April. So next month, I would like to work on new pics and ENG translations to satisfy my creative cravings that built up in March! On another note, Pixiv Fanbox has finally conducted an "audit" of my works and BANed some of them... (i think some of you may have already noticed this is happening). The works related to Michika-chan, Yumeka-chan, and Rin-chan, which depicted "sex without consent" so to speak, have all been banned from my Fanbox account. I tried to modify these pics in between my day job, but the guidelines are vague and I feel that the overall theme of the pics itself is "Not Good" rather than "some illustrative expressions and texts are Not Good." So, unfortunately, I gave up revising and/or drawing these pics. "Michika-chan" was my signature work. And I know that my supporters and followers (including myself) have long been waiting for the completion of "Yumeka-chan." Of course, Rin-chan's 'no-consent sex' pics also gathered good attention from the audience, and they represent dopperX8's work. So, I was (and still a little bit am) emotionally shocked by this incident. Yet, I intentionally stopped talking about this topic (including how I felt) on my Twitter because it was about to buzz in an unexpected way (as you may know if you saw my posts in real-time). To be honest, this incident also ruined my motivation of drawing during this month. Overall, March was a tough month for me. However, it is very unproductive to keep this mood and it does quite make sense to follow the regulations that Fanbox sets as long as I am a mere user of this platform. So, I will make a fresh start in April when my day job settles down and I will try my best to get into higher gear for a new drawing! :) I hope you all have a good end of March and the beginning of April. I will keep working a little harder on my day job...!
