Sims 4 - Fix for Game Entry and Textures Glitches After September 18 Update

Some of you may have encountered issues and error messages after the recent update. If you’re experiencing problems with game entry or texture glitches, such as question mark wallpaper glitch, missing or broken images. This issue is due to the game's update to DirectX 11. Follow these steps using Sims4Studio to fix the issues:
✅ Download Sims4Studio V3.2.2:
Windows version:

Mac version:
https://sims4studio.com/thread/29785/sims-studio-aurora-open-beta
Steps to fix:
1.Open Sims4Studio.
2.Navigate to Content Management > Batch Fixes > Misc > Update Images for DX11.
3.Let the process complete, then close Sims4Studio, and your game should be back to normal!
It may take a while to fix, depends on the size of your mod folder. I have about 150gb of CC. It took around 2 hours to fix them.
Notes:
If you receive a prompt to install windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.33-win-x64, follow the instructions to install it to ensure Sims4Studio can be installed smoothly.
You can also use this tool to fix any issues with other CC mods and objects! 💗

2024-12-03 02:03:19 +0000 UTCHi Jude, You can move the old CC to a temporary folder on the desktop first, then put the newly downloaded CC in the MOD folder and then use sims4studio. And then move the old CC back to the Mod folder. 🤗

In my settings I went back to DX 9. Then I didn't yet launch the game with my CC. Do you think that it will be safe? Or that I'll face the same issues as my fellow players? With the most recent patches I feel like a poor little scared newbie. Thank you so much for your help. 🌹
