Making a Cake: Is it easier than modding Sims 4?

Didn't follow me for a post about making a cake? Too bad!

First my ceramic ice cream cone fell off the fridge and a chunk of ceramic got into my wet ingredients, so that was great

(I dumped them and started over dont worry I did not make a cake with ceramic in it)

Then i couldnt figure out how to make a circle snowflake out of parchment paper, so i bet the first layer is gonna stick. im typing before i know for sure. Also, I only have one cake pan because I'm cheap, so I have to make both layers separately. So it's going to take twice as long to do!

I'm following tips by JonnyCakes on how to make a box cake "taste homemade" or simply just be more moist and yummy. So it has sour cream in it and I'm nervous. I've also never made cake before, let alone a cake with multiple layers. I do not have appropriate frosting tools. I will NOT be doing piping, I am not a miracle worker.

Here's the first layer:

oh. it...yeah thats a cake layer, i done did it. i plastic wrapped it and put it in the freezer while the second one cooks. im not going to even try to cut it to flatten it out.

Second looks pretty, it looks like a planet.

Both get a bit of time in the freezer in plastic wrap...

And are EXPERTLY frosted in a way that ISNT being obfuscated by too many sprinkles that i literally threw at the sides.

this is what some mods look like if you know how to read the tuning and open them up and look at them. the top layer was still warm, so the frosting inside is all wet lol
