This is a cross-pack feature with an obscure ghost/death from a pack released 5 years prior!
It's also the only feature specific to these ghosts besides a permanent immunity to the thing that kills them- Failing to bond with flies from a Dumpster.
Perhaps I'll do a whole Ghost explainer post, to see if I can find more cool things like this.

Details about ghosts would be awesome. There's barely any information available on the internet about the specifics about most of the newer ones, the last guide was probably back when Carl's still did them.
